Terms

DGA Tours guides are all covered by personal public liability insurance. Their vehicles are all insured for private hire or hire and reward and they hold the correct licences required by their local public authority.

Confirmation of services

25% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking.
The balance is due 28 days before the start of the tour/s.

Cancellation charges payable

14 to 8 days notice – 50% of the total fee
7 to 2 days notice – 75% of the total fee
48 hours notice or less – 100% of the total fee

DGA Tours is not responsible for third party suppliers, such as attractions unscheduled closing, or other events beyond its control. Nor is it liable for any loss, accident, injury or damage to you or any personal effects.

Clients must provide an appropriate child car seat for babies and small children.

UK law states that a seatbelt must be worn at all times in a moving vehicle.

No smoking in any DGA Tours vehicle.

If clients wish to extend their tour, an extra charge will be payable.

DGA Tours recommends that all clients have suitable travel insurance.

Problems and Complaints

Problems and complaints should be addressed to the Executive of the DGA, via DGA Bookings, in writing. The DGA operates under the law of the UK and any problems will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
