Oxford & Stratford or Cotswolds | 9 hrs
Our Oxford tours shows a city of dreaming spires and classical learning. Take time to explore some of the colleges of Oxford University and learn about their history. Walk in the footsteps of Harry Potter. See where JRR Tolkein and CS Lewis lived and studied. There is something here for everyone.
Stratford-upon-Avon is best known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, who was born in Henley Street in 1564. He was baptised in Holy Trinity Church and attended the local school. See the house where he lived, and places associated with the Bard. Visit his wife Anne Hathaway’s farmhouse home in Shottery, or his mother’s house in Wilmcote – both open to the public.
On our Stratford-upon-Avon private tour there is plenty to keep you occupied for most of the day and you can even visit the theatre in the evening for a final treat.
